    Orders can be placed through our website and are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and secure payment gateways. Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
  4. Shipping & Delivery:
    We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days.
  5. Returns & Refunds:
    Due to hygiene and safety concerns, perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
